Ultimately do not use it (yet) as a Go Pro mount turned out to be more useful to hold my light (Garmin Varia), but looks sturdy, if maybe a bit clunky. I am not so sure if the mechanism would hold the light without it moving on a cobbled section, but that is speculation on my part.

The light is mounted upside down. I should have noticed it before, I didn’t. That renders my main light useless due to its cone characteristic. Besides, it’s fiddly to mount. Kind of ok, but does not suit my needs.
